Our Method:

All workouts are coached by a trainer. The trainer leads clients through increasing athletic movements, guiding people of all ability levels toward improved health and atheletic ability.

Our Equipment:

Using a wide variety of equipment increases the skill demand and interest level. CrossFit StGeorge gym includes: Concept 2 Rower, pull-up bars, parallettes, dumbbells, Olympic barbell and plates, kettlebells, climbing ropes, med-balls, gymnastics rings, jump ropes, jumping boxes.
