Jens Lovell served in Iraq from Jan. 2005 until the summer of 2006. While there, he ran into some Navy SEALS who were doing some really "interesting & crazy" workouts called CrossFit! From that day, he was hooked!
After returning from Iraq, Jens continued to do CrossFit workouts at home. In November of 2008 Jens got his CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and was excited to share his knowledge with St.George residents.

The 1st CrossFit to St. George, Utah!
Within a few short month, Jens moved CrossFit St.George out of the backyard and into its first Box (warehouse unit)! Because of the growth of our CrossFit family, we needed more room and more equipment and have had to move multiple times into even bigger locations.
Due to our success we have been able to bring in a handful of amazing trainers, along with a wonderful Owner Ali Bagley.

Contact us (801-699-6665) and we will set up a FREE 1 hour Intro Session. If after you free intro session, you would like to continue your training at CrossFit StGeorge, we will take you through 6 foundation class; we cover, in depth, the basic skills required to become proficient at CrossFit. This allows new trainees to get comfortable with the skills and exercises used in our CrossFit classes.
