While there, he ran into some Navy SEALS who were doing some really "interesting &amp;amp; crazy" workouts called &lt;b&gt;CrossFit&lt;/b&gt;! From that day, he was hooked!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="p2"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="p3"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;After returning from Iraq, Jens continued to do CrossFit workouts at home. In November of 2008 Jens got his CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and was excited to share his knowledge with St.George residents.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="p2"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;From the humble beginnings of his backyard… with 1 rowing machine, a few medicine balls, 1 set of weights, and a homemade pull-up bar, Jens introduced …&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="p2"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;The 1st CrossFit to St. George, Utah&lt;/b&gt;!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="p2"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;Within a few short month, Jens moved CrossFit St.George out of the backyard and into its first Box (warehouse unit)!
